Harrow is a borough of substantial family homes. Old Pinner village, Hatch End, Stanmore village centre and parts of Harrow-on-the-Hill are in designated conservation areas. External plant needs careful siting. We check designation before quoting and liaise with Harrow planning pre-application if needed.
