What we service

Everything we install — and plenty we didn't.

An annual service is the cheapest insurance you'll ever buy against a boiler or heat pump failure in January. It's also the condition most manufacturers attach to honouring your warranty — skip it for a year, and the extended cover quietly lapses.

We service gas and electric boilers to Gas Safe standards with a full combustion check. Air source heat pumps with a proper refrigerant inspection, weather compensation curve review and system clean. Air conditioning to F-Gas standards with filter replacement, coil clean and pressure check. Underfloor heating manifolds for flow balance and filter inspection.

When a system fails, we run a proper repair service. Same-day where we can, next working day otherwise. Diagnosis fee agreed up front, parts quoted before fitting. If it's beyond economic repair, we'll tell you straight.

One annual service per system, priority repair booking, and a discount on emergency call-outs. We remind you when it's due — you don't have to remember.

From £14/month for a single boiler. Multi-system bundles available.

Full cover

Everything, one number.

Annual service plus parts-and-labour cover on the whole system. Emergency call-outs included. The closest thing to "don't think about it again" we offer.

Quoted per home after an initial inspection visit.

Boiler's out, house is freezing?

If you're existing customer or not, pick up the phone. We keep emergency slots each day for no-heat or no-hot-water calls. Transparent diagnosis fee, parts quoted before fitting.
